What happens to my events if I downgrade?

Your existing events remain fully functional. Future events will be limited by your new plan's features, but nothing gets deleted.

What counts toward my message limits?

If you use SMS, text messages count toward your monthly SMS limits (invitations, updates, reminders, confirmations, reschedules, etc.). Email messages are unlimited on all plans.*

Why is text messaging limited to USA and Canada?

SMS pricing varies significantly across different countries and regions, making it challenging to offer consistent, affordable rates globally. We've launched with USA and Canada to ensure reliable service and transparent pricing. As we grow and see sufficient demand from other regions, we'll evaluate expanding text messaging support to additional countries.

What are profiles and why would I need multiple?
