Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

What happens to my events if I downgrade?

Your existing events remain fully functional. Future events will be limited by your new plan's features, but nothing gets deleted.

What counts toward my message limits?

If you use SMS, text messages are deducted from your prepaid SMS funds (invitations, updates, reminders, confirmations, reschedules, etc.). Email messages are unlimited on all plans.*

How does SMS pricing work?

SMS pricing varies by country and region. We pass the actual cost through to you. Costs are deducted from your SMS funds (1 cent per SMS). You can purchase SMS top-up packs to increase your funds, and funds never expire.

Is there a setup fee?

What are profiles and why would I need multiple?

Profiles let you organize events by context—keep personal events separate from work or club events. Each profile has its own contacts, events, and settings.

Common use cases: Create "Smith Family" for personal events, "Marketing Team" for work events, and "Book Club" for your club—all separate. Perfect for people who organize events in multiple contexts and want to keep everything organized.

How do team members work?

Team members are people you invite to help manage events within a profile. Perfect for families planning together, work teams coordinating company events, or clubs organizing meetups.

Roles: Owners have full control, Admins can manage the team and events, Editors can create and edit events. You control who can do what. Team size limits vary by plan.

Example: Invite your spouse as an Admin to your "Smith Family" profile so they can help plan birthday parties and holiday gatherings. Your work contacts stay separate in your "Work Team" profile.
